Get Pre-approved!

Meet with a lender. They will ask for pay stubs, bank statements, T4s, etc. Knowing what you can afford is critical in a successful home shopping experience. I've got great connections to make this process a breeze.

Do your research and take your time.

Whether it's a buyers market, sellers market, or even a balanced market, it’s best to take your time. There is always an option and making the right decision is key! Review comparables and know your numbers.

Be prepared!
