How it started
I started selling real estate in this county and stayed. Most of our work is still within half an hour of the office, across Middlesex, Elgin and Lambton.
We never chased volume. We wanted to know these towns — and the city next door — properly.
The team
Daniel Kiekens — I'm the REALTOR® you'll deal with on most files. I live in Strathroy-Caradoc, own income property in the area, chair the Strathroy-Caradoc Business Improvement Area and sit on the board of the Strathroy-Caradoc Canada Day Committee.

Laurie runs the administration behind every file — conditional deadlines, waivers, closing items. The paperwork is where a smooth deal is made, and it's the least glamorous job we take most seriously.
How we work
- You always know where you stand. People can handle a hard answer. What they can't handle is silence. Every open item in your file gets a status and somebody's name on it.
- If it's contractual, get it on paper. Always.
- No deal is worth a licence. If something feels wrong we'll say so, and we'll walk.
- Disclose it. If you'd want to know it, you're going to be told it.
- We sell where we live and work. Our name is attached to how we behave — in Strathroy and in London both — long after a deal closes.
Council Watch
We read the published council and committee agendas for Strathroy-Caradoc and London, pull out the items that touch property, and put them up in plain English with a link to the municipality's own record. As at August 11, 2026 that's 2,591 proposed new homes across the 15 files whose staff reports give a number — one of them as an estimate, which the tracker marks.
